产品介绍
    根据公路工程施工的特点和环境状况,对小型沥青搅拌设备的基本要求应该是:一是移动性要好;二是操作要简单,工作要可靠;三是计量要准确,拌合料质量要好;四是灰尘排放要符合环保要求。居于这些,我公司生产的MYQL系列沥青搅拌设备正是在多年生产小型拌和机经验的基础上,特别是针对目前社会上同类产品大多存在:标准状况下产量不够;不能整体移动;排气温度高、易烧布袋(布袋除尘);控制技术落后,系统自我保护能力差;称量系统稳定性差;燃料费用高等缺陷,经过市场反馈重新定位后,具体采取以下几大技术措施:
    采用七大创新设计:1.拖挂底盘集合了拌和主机和成品料仓,冷配料站也采用拖挂形式,实现整机全移动;2.专利技术设计的以煤为主燃料的燃烧炉,采用一种强旋流射粉燃烧技术,具有燃烧充分、排碴能力强且火焰较短等特点,不烧坏炉砖,能降低排气温度,使用寿命长。燃油型带喷嘴的旋流燃烧装置,柴油雾化好,燃烧完全,更省油;3.采用大型拌和楼所采用的新一代计算机控制技术,把程序控制和电子监测巧妙地结合,充分发挥PLC的强大功能,实现称量系统的稳定性好,出料温度波动小和整机故障报警、自动处理等多种保护功能;4.蜗壳式除尘及特殊设计的除尘通道进一步降低排气温度,与选配的布袋除尘器匹配,不烧坏布袋,粉尘排放能符合环保要求;5.先进的集成块设计,将电磁阀集合在一块集成块上,气路结构更紧凑科学,工作更可靠;6.采用意大利技术重新设计的双卧轴搅拌器,容量大,搅拌效率高,使用寿命长;7.采用数据模型技术全新设计的烘干滚筒,摆脱了其原由水泥搅拌筒衍变而来的束缚,烘干能力进一步提高,确保达到额定产量。
